CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Construction is complete on the Tomblin home on the ridge above the Overlook Pavilion. The Tomblins are enjoying their beautiful home and long range views. They look forward to having more neighbors! WELCOME

Welcome to the website for the Waterdance © property owners association. We are a mountain and river community in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Waterdance © is located in beautiful western North Carolina near the towns of Cashiers, Highlands, Tuckasegee, Sylva, and Dillsboro. We are just north of Lake Glenville, the highest elevation large lake east of the Rockies. Jackson County is known for its many waterfalls and mountain views. Waterdance © is an easy and scenic drive from Asheville (60 miles) and Atlanta (150 miles).

Enjoy long range views at Waterdance © from elevations as high as 3,500 feet. Enjoy excellent fly fishing on our own section of the West Fork of the Tuckasegee River. Enjoy our mountain top and river pavilions. Enjoy our well-maintained paved roads, gated access, trails, and a variety of homes and homesites - some with long range views, some with water front, and some with both.
