Summertime temperatures hover steadily around 72 degrees Fahrenheit and we rarely exceed 7 inches of snowfall in the winter.

Acreage. The total area of Waterdance is approximately 300 acres.

Density. We feature approximately 94 homesites.

Size. Homes will range from approximately 2,000 square feet and up.

Lots. Beginning at one acre, some lots are more than five acres.

Building. There is no time frame for building and you may even choose your own builder.
